Duties and Responsibilities

As a Marketing & Event Coordinator, you’ll participate as member of a team of professional, dedicated employees managing internal and external marketing efforts. In addition, you also may:

– Company contents planning;
– Check and allocated contents to designer;
– Develop and post content for social media marketing;
– Create social media marketing strategies and campaign;
– Coordinate events, meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and organizing requirements,Event Coordinating for school abroad and company events;
– Establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; managing mailing lists to ensure event success;
– Provide support in social media monitoring process as needed;Manage the monthly awards process;
– Other tasks that assign by supervisor.

 

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

+ Experience:
– Related field is preferred

+ Education:
– University student or Bachelor Degree graduate

+ Skills/Competencies:
– Knowledge of social media marketing principals;
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
– Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, Google Drive, database software, Google Calendar, e-mail, and ability to quickly learn new technologies; and
– Ability to remain organized, prioritize and manage time while working on several tasks simultaneously.
