Duties and Responsibilities

As a customer service, you’ll be asked to provide the information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about the products and services. In addition, you also may:

– Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution;
– Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs;
– Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information;
– Make appointment for client and counselor
– Manage large amounts of incoming calls;
– Manage large amounts of incoming Facebook chat;
– Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents;
– Follow communication procedures and guidelines;
– Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media;
– Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling;
– Other tasks that assign by supervisor.

 

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

+ Experience:
– At least 1 year of experience in a field of Customer Service.

+ Education:
– University student or Bachelor Degree graduate

+ Skills/Competencies:
– Knowledge in Computer Word and Advanced Excel; and
– Good written and spoken English

+ Personal Qualities:
– Flexible and good at initiation;
– Problem-solving;
– Ability to work under pressure;
– Good attitude, honest, and high accountability for the task; and
– A team player.
